Wiltshire Inclusion Network
Wiltshire Inclusion Network (WIN) is a community of practice: ‘A community of practice is where a groups of active practitioners in a specific field come together to share ideas, experiences and best practice and support each other. They can emerge naturally or be deliberately created by an organisation or institution to pool and acquire knowledge.'.
We currently hold quarterly meetings where we are joined by guest speakers on a range of inclusion topics - such as Disability Confidence, the experience of refugees and asylum seekers in Wiltshire and Gypsy, Romany Traveller and boater engagement. We also share updates and identify opportunities to support each other collaborate together.
